POSTER COMPETITION
For attendees who decide to participate in the poster competition, the deadline for submitting posters will be Monday, September 30, 2024, 23:59 Monterrey, Mexico, Time.
The one page posters must be made in a portrait format with height to width dimensions of 2-1, should be uploaded to the web-page of the event in a file with a PNG* extensions, and must include the following information:
● Title
● Names of author(s) and affiliated organization(s)
● Abstract (brief summary of objectives, methods, results, and conclusions)
● Background Information
● Project Objectives
● Materials and Methods
● Results (tables, graphs, charts)
● Conclusions

Academic institution logos, may be displayed on the poster. If the research presented was supported by a specific funding source, i.e., a grant or a company, a written acknowledgement of the funding source may be displayed but the logo will not be included on the poster.
Include all collaborators that contributed to the body of work in the author section. Consent from all collaborators is necessary prior to the poster competition. For this purpose, a supporting letter signed by the research advisor and all the collaborators will be required.
Prizes:
The competition will include three categories (best format, best technical content and best overall quality). For the best forma and best technical content categories, the selection of the winners will be made by the course Professors, and the winner of the best overall category will be defined by the votes of the students. In total, the competition will award 7 prizes, one for the best overall quality and 3 for the best format and best technical content categories (gold, silver and bronze).
In order to upload your poster to the platform, you will first need to register for the event and upload both, the letter from your advisor, as well as the corresponding payment receipt through the following electronic link: COMING SOON!
