1. For their registration to the course, students must submit a support letter from their advisor, in wish the advisor should indicate the name of the academic program, the period in which they will carry out their studies, and a confirmation that the student is a full-time student.

2. Master’s students enrolled in academic programs related to the course topic will be accepted with an endorsement from their advisor, as well as postdoctoral researchers, indicating the name of the academic program, the period in which they will carry out their studies/research, and confirming that they are full-time students/researchers. For MSc or Meng students, the endorsement of the advisor is a confirmation that the interested student is a person with interest and appropriate profile to potentially continue with doctoral studies.

3. Professionals who want to take the course must send a letter explaining the reasons why it would be useful for them to take this course, and this letter must be accompanied by the endorsement of their immediate boss, either only with the approval of their reasons statement letter or by means of a separate letter.

4. Cancellations will be accepted until September 18, 2024 (until 11:59 p.m., Monterrey, Mexico time), the refund amount will be 65% of the amount paid during registration.
